To provide enterprising women with professional guidance and mentorship, OCBC Bank launched the MentorMe initiative—a programme where individuals in senior leadership positions would mentor early career women in the bank. To showcase the programme, we produced videos that captured how each individual progressed on their MentorMe journeys.
