From long working hours to a hyper-paced lifestyle, this behemoth issue seemed insurmountable. But what if we could take small steps to ease the edge off our everyday weariness?

Together with UNIQLO Singapore, we worked with social influencers donning Uniqlo's latest collection—UNIQLO Loungewear, to showcase how people could incorporate different practices in easy-to-follow, bite-sized videos to help audiences unwind at home.
